Technology Integration Group Completes Acquisition of Obsidian Technologies

San Diego, CA — June 18, 2012 —Technology Integration Group (TIG), a leading global IT solutions provider announced that it has completed the acquisition of IP (Internet Protocol) Communications systems integrator, Obsidian Technologies. Obsidian Technologies is a full-service network integrator with primary market focus in the public and private sector throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. With offices in Bend and Eugene, Oregon, Obsidian Technologies has been successfully designing, deploying and supporting VOIP/IPTEL solutions including networks, security WLAN and remote access over 10 years. Obsidian reached approximately $5 million in 2011 revenues. This acquisition fits well in TIG’s strategic growth plan by adding rock-solid IP Communication solutions to its current Unified Communications and Collaboration offerings for clients throughout the United States and abroad. The newly formed Oregon office will be off to a great start with the many years of expert experience from Obsidian Principals Tony Foy and David Markey as well as other very strong new hires expected to join TIG. This is the fourth acquisition in recent months; the others were Commercial Data Systems (CDS), Integrity Networks Solutions and WAVEnet Technologies totaling 14 acquisitions for TIG.

TIG Acquires Assets of Commercial Data Systems (CDS)

San Diego, CA—February 16, 2012—Technology Integration Group (TIG), a leading global systems integrator, announced the acquisition of certain contracts and other assets of value-added reseller Commercial Data Systems (CDS).  With headquarters in Honolulu, CDS is a well-respected provider of information technology, engineering services and IT solutions who found success in serving a mix of U.S. federal, state and local government entities, as well as some small and medium sized businesses.   This asset acquisition affords TIG the opportunity to greatly expand the success of its Enterprise Roadmap solutions and Managed Services capabilities.  This is the third acquisition in the past year; the others were WAVEnet Technologies Inc. and Integrity Networking Solutions.   TIG has 13 acquisitions in their history.  Included in the CDS acquisition is the Albuquerque based management team comprised of CDS President Jim Altamirano and Vice President Tammy Byrd.  TIG will acquire various CDS assets and will bring aboard other former CDS employees based in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, California and Hawaii to add to its exceptional portfolio.   CDS revenues for the most recent fiscal year were approximately $50 million. TIG Names Ying McGuire VP of International Business

SAN DIEGO, CA— TIG, the premier diversity supplier of IT products and services, today announced that the company has named Ying McGuire as Vice President of International Business. Reporting directly to TIG President/CEO Bruce Geier, McGuire will oversee TIG’s existing international operations and expansion of the company’s international business. In addition, she will work with TIG’s sales management team to develop and enhance relationships with strategic international business customers.   A native of China, McGuire comes to TIG most recently from Dell, Inc. and brings a track record of successful leadership and a wealth of global business experience. As an entrepreneur McGuire introduced an outsourcing concept to an industrial town in China and took a textile business global. As a corporate leader in a Fortune 500 company, she built and sustained high impact global initiatives across many functions and mentored numerous diversity suppliers. As a chairman and vice-chair, she hasled severalnational and international non-profit organizations and brought together constituents from diverse socio-economic backgrounds for mutually beneficial partnerships.
